In the month of june we applied for the incorporation of our company. During the process we selected the HDFC as a bank to open current account for the business process. In last three months we never received any email or phone call from HDFC.
First our company is incorporated in Himachal, but HDFC opened our account in Mumbai. Means not even possible to contact anyone.
Thereafter local branch guided us that first put some funds and then we will transfer this account. We already added 1 lakh in this account. Still its not operative. Nor we have any kind of access to this account. No ATM, no cheque book, No pass book and no internet banking.
All the complaint numbers which HDFC show at website, are just with inbuilt functions, no one is going to take your problem.
In the month of August we needed to add this account with RAZORPAY to accept payments for business purpose. But since we dont have even Cheque book, our account with RAZORPAY is not activated.
Since in RAZORPAY you can make only one id with all the documents, now we are facing challenge to receive the payments.
Now we demand HDFC that either, fix it asap. Or We wont our funds back and compensation for all this inconvenience. Its just unprofessional way of dealing to customers. I think we did mistake by selecting the HDFC bank as bank for our business transactions. Was this information helpful? |
