HDFC Bank — Extra payment dedaction from account

I Tufan guha HDFC credit card number [protected] has out standing around 28500. i stop paying my dues to misbehaving and misleading me by callaction phone bankers. after few manths without any information HDFC bank credit card department one side dession, my auther HDFC brunch account will debit 44963 rupees from my account. I have regullar payee of my HDFC credit card payment.kindly help me to recover my many. I am from the middle class family and paying 45000 in slot is very bigdeal me. Regards, Tufan guha
