[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Failed transaction through netbanking | |||
I had paid 50, 000 rupees through net banking for my college fees on 12th September 2021. The amount has been deducted from my bank account but the transaction has failed. It's been nearly 2 months but the money has not been refunded. Please help to resolve the issue I'm facing. Was this information helpful? | |||

Hdfc customer service just keep you engaged with no solid resolution. Worst service ever

The money had been credited to the college account but they hadn't informed me the same. I thought it was an issue at the bank's end. I got the refund from the college yesterday.
