I, Nilesh Tayade using HDFC Bank since 2014 facing a severe issue with respect to failure o[censored]PI Payment (i.e. Phonepay & Google Pay) since the month of June, 2022 citing reason "Your Bank declined this payment. Please contact your bank for more information" and "You can't make this patent at the moment. Contact your bank with an error code [YC] to resolve this issue, respectively
I tried connecting your service desk multiple times and also through your branch but still the issue is not resolved.
Kindly treat this matter as utmost urgent. The customer ID for my account is "49018449". If you need any further details/information, you can reach out to me on my authorised number with the bank.
Please take it on record, I am highly disappointed with the service of HDFC in this regard. If I do not get the suitable solution within 24 hrs, I will prefer to move all my operations from HDFC to other banks. Was this information helpful? |
