Its continuously second chance happened with me that customer executive of hdfc bank gave me false statements to use their lor and emi services.
fraud no 1, HDFC bank sales executive made a call to me offered, e to convert my billed amouunt on credit card into EMI's and said there will be no additional fee like processing fee and hidden charge, but still after coverting that the hdfc bank charged me the processing fees
fraud no 2, on 20july, 2022 hdfc bank sales executive made a call to me and very forcefully asked me to listen to the offer given by hdfc bank . she told me that bank is offering me insta loan on my credit card. and by aviling is loan is could force close my previous loan and emi that is being charged with higher interest than the interest that is offered now. and she told me that the loan and emi will be force close under amounting ₹50, 000 under which the force close charge will be included. and I also have call recording as a proof for all this. then I agreed to take a insta loan for closing my previous loan and emi . she availed me the insta loan and asked me to call on another number to pre close those loans and emi, and when I made the call that person is told me that it would charge me ₹5, 1900 for precloser but I told hiim your sales executive had asked me that it will be closed under ₹50, 000 . but he did not made any action on that. Through these fraudential and misleading behaviour the hdfc bank's employees are completing there sales target. after these fraud and misleading activities I have lost all my trust from hdfc bank. and I decide to discontinoue all the services from hdfc bank.
