[Resolved] HDFC Bank — fastag not issued

My request for fastag from hdfc has taken more than 7 working days and its still not yet delivered. Application number hfr392477. I submitted the request on 18th november. I paid rs.500. Yet to get the fastag. It was mentioned in the site it will be delivered in 7 working days, however i have not even got the courier details of any dispatch. Dec 5, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Got it finally. But took more than 7 working days to get the tag delivered. HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Nov 30, 2019 HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer, We like to confirm your application is received & process you will be receiving the Tag with is 7-10 working days For any further assistance you may write to us @ fastag.[protected]@insolutionsglobal.com or call customer care @[protected] Note:- Dispatch details of the TAG will be share with you through SMS The delay is due to exceptional surge in applications received from customers.
