Dear sir/madam,
Iam one o[censored]r privilege customer holding an current ac in your branch at mylapore ac in chennai in the name of ramboo logistics (Ac no:[protected]).
I have availed a home loan in our branch, now iam willing to close the loan. But in dlf branch, chennai manager mrs. Sandya states that their is an closing charge for home closure. Pls confirm it because my company is proprietorship and iam the proprietor and how could the charges applicable and as per rbi rules individuals should not charge any closure. If the charge is applicable what is the benefits ur bank gives as a privilege customer to me?
