HDFC Bank — Foreclosure charges of personal loan

Sir/Madam,
I am trying to foreclose the entire personal loan taken last year February 2022 outstanding today i.e.28/03/2023 is Rs.2, 32, 846 but they are charging foreclose charges on it @ 4.72% on the principal amount outstanding which is too high for common person who repay their loan without any default during repayment. I also speak with HDFC personnel who gave the reference of RBI guidelines and reluctant to do anything in this matter plus at the time of loan taken foreclose charges was 3% and now it will be 4.72% as per RBI guidelines without any valid proofs and email or text intimation to customer that foreclosure charges increase from so and so date. Yes people's enter in agreement during personal loan taken, it not means they are charging foreclose charges at whatever rate they wanted. Humble request you to intervene in this matter for close my entire loan without any foreclosure charges. They did not allow the customer to repay the loan by charging such draconian interest rate.

This massage is received from Hdfc Bank
If they not listen complaints register through consumer forums then what is the value of the consumer forum. Before I register my complaint I thought this platform is solving my problem but this kind of banks does not have fear in there mind relating to consumer forums too.
