I am working with TCS thane. I got my food card few months back, as currently working from home dident use it till today. But now i dont remember its pin. so i want to reset the same.

HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer,

You can reset your ATM PIN for a prepaid card through NetBanking by following below steps :
Log on to www.hdfcbank.com
Select 'Prepaid / Forex Cards' tab under 'Login' section
Select My Request -> Set ATM PIN
Select the active card ( radio button )
Answer the secret question and answers
Mention Date of birth, card expiry details and submit.
You will receive an SMS / e-mail alert on your registered mobile number/email address on the successful confirmation of the change of ATM PIN.
