HDFC Bank — Fraudulent debit by hdfc bank in my savings account no [protected]

Hdfc bank is the worst bank in india and i made a big mistake that i trusted this bank and opened a savings account. My money amounting to 1861 inr was debited at a international pos from my savings account using my debit card details without my consent/knowledge. I did not even receive any otp for that. On 24th june 2016 at around 6:45am i received a sms from hdfc bank that my account has been debited for ruppees 1861 inr at some international pos. I was shocked to see that sms as i had not done any transaction like that. When i called hdfc customer support, they said some hacker might have got my details and used the details to do the transaction and i dont have insurance on my debit card, i wont get the money back and its more likely that a uninsured debit card account can get hacked but what kind of bank is this where a hacker can easily get a customers account details. They lodged a complaint and gave me a complaint number mumc[protected] and wanted me to lodge a fir at police station and fill up the cdf form at my hdfc local branch office (Soura). I went to police station but they rejected to lodge my fir saying that it was a bank's problem and they need to internally solve and rectify it, police cannot do anything. Then i went to my local hdfc branch (Soura) to fill the cdf form but to my surprise, the branch officials had no clue about the cdf form and they said that they cant do anything and they dont know anything about cdf form. I am really sure that this is done by the bank employees themselves as no hacker can get the details about my debit card. Hdfc bank does not provide otp security for any international online transaction even on using its debit card. I will never reccomend this fradulent bank to any person in india. I really want my money back. I am really upset about this. Kindly help me.
