To whom it may concern..
I, Ms. Indira Majumdar, own a savings account which is also a salary account in your bank at Malancha Branch, Tollygunge, Kolkata. I work in a school for which all transactions are operated through this branch.
My complaint is I do not have access to my savings account, it has been blocked past 7 days due to which I have not been able to draw any amount of money till this date. Not only that, I will not be able to repay my loan amount for this month, even my credit card payment bounced back as no money could be drawn against my Debit Card or Cheque.
I contacted the nearest branch at Tollygunge, Malancha, Kolkata, wrote a complaint, had a talk with Mr.Banerjee who is looking into the matter who says that due to an attempt of hacking by fraudsters my account has been blocked. But the bank did not inform me anything about it past 7 days, until I today visited personally and cleared the issue. It is a big lapse on your part for not intimating me so long due to which I am so harassed, running everyday from one ATM to another, but to no avail.
I hope you pay immediate attention to this matter and do the needful.
