HDFC Bank — HDFC Bank Aggregator emi offus

I paid for my order on Flipkart on the 4th of MAy 2021 through HDFC easy EMI millennium card.

The amount of order was 16, 592/-

They automatically returned my amount for 16, 592/- after 9 days of transaction under the name of "Aggregator EMI offus" - created a loan for 20% per annum with extra rs. 99/-

Now, this is PURE HARASSMENT. They created this loan amount without my consent. they have been calling me and sending emails constantly to create a loan on my credit card.

There is one new mail each day for the same thing. When I have denied once on call that I don't need a loan on my credit card. Then why the constant harassment.

After that on the 13th of May, the return back the amount as HDFC Bank — Aggregator EMI offers to charge me 20% interest.

And I have been reading on this matter that they have been doing this FRAUD for years now. So many people have filed complaints on these very forums but yet they have not stopped with the SCAM of harassing people

Nobody has contacted me till now. Their grievances office only take registered complaints and their customer care only keep IVR and does not give option to connect to a person I could tak to

We would like to clarify that, the above-mentioned transaction has been converted into Equated Monthly Installments (EMI) with No Cost EMI offer which has been provided by the merchant and not the Bank. We would like to clarify that, for all No Cost EMI transactions, there is a discount given by the merchant at the time of transaction equivalent to the Interest charged by the bank. We confirm that the same has been communicated to you at the time of transaction and we request you to contact Merchant for further clarification in this regard.
