Dear team,

I did an credit card payment of rs.5000 from paytm to hdfc credit card. Fund debited from my paytm account and still not credited to the my card
Imps reference number is[protected].

Please do neeful to credit my fund to my card

I always do my payment like this to my card never faced an issue like this.

I called the care team they said that they wont check imps transfer

Updated by Suburamanian C hello ask the hdfc person MR. sasikumar sharma Emp no. 034126 From HDFC National consumer helpline. he called me by 1.20 am around for the complaint and asked my card details with CVV and PIN. i shared wrong details but why shoud ne need the details. i want to talk with him. please make an arrangement to call back. else i from his number: [protected].

else i file police complaint about this airtel number. and this site.

This is the second time i am facing issue with this debit card . someone else is withdrawn small money and my account balance is gone to -352.

kindly help me on this.

Looks like there is a duplicate debit card .
