HDFC Bank — HDFC Bank credit cards excess payment refund

Please help me to get my excess money back (Paid to jumbo) which was supposed to done on my credit card but its mistakenly done, on may 29 2021, through cred app From Standard Charted Account, Regarding Refunding the excess amount i contacted customer care they have given a mail id, i have send them mail daily from may 29 2021 till now response, again 10 days i call back the customer care they suggested to drop a letter with the bank statement in nearest hdfc bank, i have done taht 10 days till no response and again yesterday i drop the letter and statement. please do the needful thanks in advance. please feel free me to contact on [protected].

Total Amount I paid 1, 16, 058 on May 29 2021.
