[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — HDFC Bank Review, Scam, Fraud Service

HI, I just called HDFC customer care.I just wanted to know about some extra charges they just did to my account. They told we have sent you verification code and I just checked there was no code even after half an hour. Now I do not have any option so submitting my complaint here. HDFC credit card worst customer care and always a fraud charges, So be careful to this service. As soon as I am able to talk to them, I will ask them to close this. Thanks Rakesh Jain [protected]

Similar kind of experience. No matter how regular you pay your credit card bill, the outstanding amount never decreases (even though you havent used your credit card bill at all). Customer service is absolutly pathetic.
