[Resolved] HDFC Bank — HDFC Cheating People to buy their Credit Card | |||
Hello Sir, Myself Karthikeyan and I purchased my credit from HDFC bank few days back. I clearly confirmed with the HDFC Credit Card agent whether my card has "Dial an EMI" facility or not. Agent confirment that my card is eligible and I can avail it through net banking after the purchase. I also confirmed about the "Dial an EMI" option when HDFC people called me for verification. So, today after I made my purchase and when I tried to convert my purchase to "Dial an EMI", I see that option to be unavailable in my Credit Card Net banking. When I enquired about the same to their "Customer Care", they clever say that the offer is applicable to my card but we don't know when you will get it. The Customer care agent "Mr. Praveen Kumar" said i might get within days or even after months. When I was asking their agent while buying the card he said I am eligible by default. But now when I say the same to the Customer Care the exact words are "We apologise on behalf of our agent but you dont have the offer currently." If the agent had said the same when I was buying the card, I would have found BETTER bank compared to this CHEATING HDFC.
