HDFC bank because this is your fraud. I cancel my policy jun 2016 why you cannot pay my full amount refund. This time hdfc pay my full amount refund. Now not this problems face why pay charges? Because this is your fraud. Now you (Hdfc) pay may loss amount 30000 rs. And my second concern till date not solve why? ? I inform you solve my all concern asap and close my hdfc all accounts. Last is if effect on my
cibil all responsible is hdfc because of you know your fraud and bad service. This problems for solve back six months but till date not solve why?? Solve all with in 7 days otherwise i register policy case again to hdfc banks frauds.
This week hdfc officer call me. She was told me all call records send me but till date no send any call recording and you told for charges pay first solve customer problems on time and force to charges pay . i cannot pay any charges or any amount to hdfc. Now you pay my loss of money 30000. My concern solve on time now not faceing this situation.
