[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — HDFC Customer details will be reflecting in my cibil report

Some other person details will be reflecting into my cibil report for the last 1 year. Due to pan card, i am getting this issue. i.e my pan card was issued to some other person. For this i raised complaint to income tax office and they sent one letter to me regarding this on august month. They conveyed to keep this card with me and new pan card will be allotted to that person like that they mentioned in letter. For the last two months, i checked my cibil report whether that person loan detail will be removed or not.But still that person details is not removed in my cibil report.

I gave income tax letter to axis bank. They are not considering this letter for proceeding further steps. They asked me to clear this issue first, then only we can approve your loan like that they are saying for the past few months.

I went to his bank(HDFC) and explained my scenario to them. But they said, without that person request we can't remove pan card details. So please ask him to update his new pan card details.

I asked that person to update his new pan card details to his bank through online.But he said, their websites (hdfc) is not allowing to update and i sent a letter also to bank to update my pan details, but they are asking me to come bank directly. But now i am in foreign. so i can't come to bank directly like that he said to me.

so please guide me how to resolve this issue. i.e how to remove that person details in my cibil. please help me.

That person got the mail from hdfc bank to submit the new pan card details but that person is not in India right now. What shall i do now. That person got the mail from below mail id.. [email protected]

Already i raised complaint to this. But yet now my problem is not resolved. pls help me.
