[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — hdfc - emi rtn charges

For September month in your side debited EMI RTN charge rs .236 in my salary HDFC bank.

Today I just checked my HDFC acc, and was surprised by seeing the deduction, I understand if there is any bounce payment then the bank will put the penalty charges, but there are two or three charges for the same month, which is absolutely incorrect, can any one please suggest me where should I get the details of all the transactions regarding my loan.

HDFC Bank is a big cheater. It deducts amount with no reason if you have its credit card and loan service. Please guys beware of these type of service providers. I have cheated many times. for this no satisfied customer service.

Sushil Kumar you are absolutely correct HDFC bank is big fraud they charge amount without any reason and their customer care sucks

What the hell why this bank playing with the customer with any notification they are cutting the customer amount this is going to be very hilarious.

For month of january u have debited 2 times of money without any msg on jan 8th 590 was debited and on Jan 27th 236rs for rtn from my account please resolve the problem

My emi amount is 4150, at the time of february emi deduction 4138 rs in my account. just 12 rs is shortage and I was credited the sufficient amount at the same day of deduction. But HDFC charged penalty of 590 rs. after 16 days they deducted emi rtn charge 238 rs .

I have a CD loan for which the amount will be auto debited every month but by mistake last month I was not having sufficient balance in my account so there was a penalty of rupees 500 for the last month but HDFC bank has deducted 236 rupees for EMI rtn charges without any intimation I just wanted to know what is this rtn charge? And will this be continued for every month?

I have paid all the emi amount and over due as well but still bank deducted rtn charges . Is hdfc froud ? Always deduct amount for some silly reason

I was facing the same issue. money got deducted twice, moreover i had to pay the penalty twice. inspite of me informing the bank of the situation. i had to pay 12825 to the bank account had 12800. after 15 min i added the remaining balanc, the same day in july 23 and i got penalty amount. on top of that in 5 september 2022 i had a cyber crime. money was debited. i informed the bank and paid the loan twice and ended up paying penalty again. and wiyth0 exception or reduction in the amt. so i paid 24 k that month. im sorry but HDFC bank is full of crooken people
