[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — HDFC Life not helping with address change for my HDFC Life Click 2 Protect policy

Hi, Policy number: 15626816 HDFC Life can send in people to collect Cheques whenever the policy payment is due. But they do not help us update the address. I want to update my address by sending a scanned copy of the form that they want me to fill, sign and submit. However, HDFC Life just wants to waste my time. They want me to visit their branch and submit the form. I am going abroad for some time and I do not have time to visit the branch. I hereby request you to instruct HDFC Life to allow me to either update the address online or via sending an email with the scanned copy attached. Please help. Thanks and regards, Rajeev Arora

you are right. I too faced problem and solved by uploading the details through online by login into ops.hdfclife.com and do it yourself. Hope you may do it.

Hi, received call from Gyaneshwari (HDFC Life). Have emailed updated address change document along with self attested address proof to

Hi, there seems to be a difference between the HO / Gyanashwari and the service guys who read my email. The reply from their service email is always the same. I really do not know who is superior (HO or the email replier). I also do not have reply from Gyanashvari. Last time she called me up and had informed that she had received self attested documents that I have emailed on their service email ID. She also informed that she has forwarded the documents to appropriate department. She was supposed to get back when by evening of next day. I had asked her to contact on my wife's number as I currently have issues while receiving call on my number. The nominee's address also needs change. Regards,
