[Resolved] HDFC Bank — hdfc life (super income plan) | |||
Had purchased the hdfc life (Super income plan) from the devdayal road branch at mulund (West) in mumbai. I went to the bank on the 23 rd august to pay my yearly premium. The hdfc staff who i would interact with earlier have shifted to other branch and a entire new staff was introduced. A person named mr pradeep came forward to help. And i was waiting for him to revert with the solution. After almost an hour of waiting, when i asked him what happened, he threw my phone (He was using y phone to speak to his hdfc life opertion team) and asked me to get it done on my own. My phone screen has had a crack since then. I did esclate it to his team leader mr rehan khan and respective branch manager ms preeti and to our surprise, both just had an very informal aaproach to the incident. After 15 days i went to the hdfc bank branch and tried getting the final solution and its since then i have been only getting stories. I have recorded most of my conversations with these self proclaimed bankers. Plan to esclate it to the rbi, as its my hard earned money which is at risk. Was this information helpful? | |||
