HDFC Bank — High rate of interest and improper behaviour from bank employee | |||
I used to carry a credit card of HDFC bank which gave me the worst experience ever faced in life. If you query to bank employee they will redirect you to call customer care and again customer care will redirect to bank. You will just run pillar to post to resolve issue and the same will not get resolved for years together. I suggested to all my friends and family for not to take any service from this worst bank. In specific, I am speaking the worst experience I have received from credit card department, Bhubaneswar Branch, Orissa. They only know to throw their responsibility to other without trying to resolve the issue. Friend, i urge you not to take any service (Savings, Credit card, DMAT) of HDFC Bank.
