HDFC Bank — Highly dissatisfied with customer service | |||||
I am very frustrated with hdfc bank customer service. I did not get my credit card statement in my email for car ending with 4717. And now i am getting threatening calls from collection department to pay the amount. When i am trying to access netbanking to get the details, it is showing me error in system which is also the reply i got from customer care representative. I would like to escalate this matter to the concerned person/team so as to get it resolved asap.
