HDFC Bank — I am unable to track the 3 items

I am unable to track the 3 items which are booked on 14-08-18 through HDFC bank and the amount has been received by you. Kindly send the items as early as possible. Either send the good and quality items as you said or send the amount ie. refund the amount immidiately

I am unable to track the 3 items which are booked on 14-08-18 through HDFC bank and the amount has been received by VIRAL DEAL. There is no response from the company. Kindly look in to the matter and let me know the company is fake or genuine. If it is genuine kindly track the items and inform me or if it is fake kindly arrange the money return back to my account.
