[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Imps_transation_failed | |||
I am having a saving accounts in hdfc from past two years with account number [protected] in kota rajasthan with ifsc code :hdfc0000167 on the name of shivam khandelwal. Yesterday i made an imps of 100000 (1 lakh) but the status is coming out to be timed out and account has been debited but not credited to the benificiary. i have called so many times to customer care but no clear response is there from their side. Verified Support Oct 04, 2016 HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer, We have received TCC (Transaction Credit Confirmation) from the beneficiary bank on September 30, 2016 that the funds have been credited for the said transaction. I am paying all my dues on time before last date in HDFC Credit card solitaire but couldn't understand the reason of the amount showing in mu bill of September by the head of RENEWAL MEM FEE INCL ST & CESS.
Please explain asap.
