[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Incorrect cash transaction charges on my Classic Bank A/c 14711xxxxx4777 | |
I am a classic account holder with HDFC bank for many years and being classic customer there are many privileges associated e.g there are no cash deposit charges upto 2.5 Lacs. I had deposited cash of Rs.2.5 Lac in my account by myself visiting the branch near my home on 9th Dec 2020 and today I found that you have levied cash transaction charges of Rs.708 in my account on 15th Dec 2020. These are absolutely baseless charges as I had validated at the branch that there would not be any charges being classic customer if I deposit cash upto 2.5 Lacs per month ; can you please investigate urgently and refund the amount of Rs.708 back to my HDFC account # 14711xxxxx4777 (Harish Jain / Kusum Jain) Was this information helpful? | |
