HDFC Bank — Indecent and Threatening Calls from Collection Agents | |||
This is to address whomsoever concerned . i'm receiving threatening calls from HDFC collection agencies for credit card, they send messages that someone will come to my house for collection. Today i had a lady calling from Mobile number [protected] I also have messages from HDFC collection people sending me that i will face problems in CIBIL, Face delinquency and collection agents coming to my home . The collection agency people abusing me on phone. What should i do
I really want to take it to court.
As i never denied for payment but it delayed due to some issue.
