I recently applied for an ISA account at your Byculla (Mumbai) branch which was to be linked to my account number abcdefghij and this was explicitly called out in the AOF.
Your CPU has gone ahead and linked my ISA account to an account that is dormant and has no functionality alive.
I have spoken to my PB and as usual he is helpless, despite trying to help me. Your PU has made this error basis some 2008 AOF that I would have submitted. I liquidated an FD yesterday which was to be invested in MFs which I am not able to do now. I need the following to be sorted out now:
1. Correction to be made in the ISA linked savings account
2. Re-instation of my FD
3. Explanation on why this error got committed at all
4. Explanation on how something could be linked to a dormant account
Hope you will not have a TAT of 7 days here as you would be sensitized to the fact that this is some one's hard earned money which is just be wasted coz of someone's callous attitude among your staff. Was this information helpful? |
