It is with great pain that I am writing this email, it has been two months now that I have applied for home loan and things don’t progress at all. The seller agreed to sell at a lower price just because I promised him to settle the payment in a month. Before getting into agreement with the seller, I had checked if everything was ok with the Bank and if they are ok for Me to get into agreement, only after confirmation from the bank I went into agreement with the seller. We have collected all required documents from the seller a week ago with a promise to settle ASAP. Now after paying all legal charges and receiving confirmation that everything will be done in time, I hear that there is an issue raised from Technical Team. Does it take two months for technical Team to highlight their concerns? I am surprised that things are raised after three visits from technical Team. It is very dis-appointing and very unfortunate to see this kind of professionalism from HDFC employees. I have been HDFC customer for years now and had never experienced this kind of behaviour. Now If I have to cancel the deal with the seller then I am obligated to pay him 49000, seller will deduct this amount from the advance payment made and will return the balance amount and I am not sure how much time will he take to return this amount.
