HDFC Bank Life Click2protect — Money not refunded after cancellation

Dear Sir, I applied one term plam from HDFC life term insurance, my proposal no is s[protected].According to terms & condition of policy, i had undergone through medical test(the medical guy, shah diagonistic call me 3 times for the test). No after medical test they are telling to go for another test, which was neither mentioned nor conveyed to me before issuing proposal number. Now after spending so much time in first medical, i don't want to go for another medical, so i am asking those guys to cancel my proposal and refund my money(which they promised during proposal time that if medical report will not be ok then full money will be refunded, no where they told that if medical is not ok then again i have to go for another medical) .Now they are telling that they will deduct medical charge from premium amount.
