[Resolved]  HDFC Bank Life Click2protect — Poor response for request against reduction of sum assured

Dear Sir, I have applied online for click2protectplus policy of income plus for the sum assured of Rs. 1 crore. I had also deposited Rs. 5619 with respect to it. I wish to reduce my sum assured from 1 crore to 50 lacs and mailed to hdfc life insurance regarding the same. But am not getting proper response for the requirement. Even I called to many customer toll free nos., also to mentioned toll free no. ([protected]) but they are just registering the complaint not giving me solution for reduction of sum assured.
