I would like to bring to your kind notice that I had made a payment of Rs 49, 351/- towards the policy quoted above on 1st Sep’15 through my SBI Net banking (Account No – [protected], Branch code – SBIN0017365) earlier than my premium due date. On today, the same amount has been deducted from my SBI account through direct debit process which incurred double payment for the same policy for the same period and it was happened without my approval. I, therefore, request you to please refund the amount of Rs. 49, 351/- paid as double to my HDFC Bank (SB A/c - [protected]) ASAP. Thanking you in advance. Was this information helpful? | |||
