Sir, i would kike to inform you that i have taken personal loan from hdfc bank beawar and when we filled up loan form that time your hdfc bank officer Mr. Khet Sing and Mr. Vishal Basotia told us that bank will give us a credit card also which limit will be 2 lakh but 9 month has spent and no credit card i have got and whenever we called them regrding credit card they don't pick our call even when we call them for giving us a loan statement for tax declaration regarding but they don't reply so please look this matter, because we have taken loan from your bank just because of your bank brand name and good services but it did not happen, so please look this matter on the priority basis .
