Dear sir . Pl note that a linesman by the name of rathod is visiting our premises every month and threatening to cut of supply even if there is a delay of two days in making the payment of our electricity Bill . All the payments are made regularly every month but still he comes to the premises every month and threatens my wife who is there . Pl look into the matter and stop harassing people who are regularly paying their bills
