I have applied for home improvement loan with hdfc as main home loan is already running there.

List of requirement shared by their sales team with processing fee was handed over to disburse along with estimate fee paid to architect.

However the sales team kept on raising requirement in peace meals and their branch manger cancelled the application on the plea of non submission of documents without any prior information to the customer.
