[Resolved] HDFC Bank — mab charges against the rbi rule | |||||
I've a salary account with hdfc bank which is converted into saving account in jan - 2017, but without informed me they charged me amb charges. Afterwards i am not able to maintains min balance due to my financial crises. When i want to renew this account i check my balance through net banking that time shown 1700/- negative balance. I think this amount is ok for me so, i've transferred 7000/- on 6th sept. 2018 they deducted with amount of rs. 5278/- how this happened i doesn't understand??? When i checked the rbi guideline "the rbi has asked banks to stop imposing charges for non-maintenance of minimum balance once the balance in a savings account touches zero. I have no due on my card ending 9768. But a ghostly INR 100 has been added to my bill for Smartpay (which is not working) and additional GST of INR 160 has been added to that. Please resolve the issue at earliest
Have no way of contacting the HDFC to inform my credit card deliver is unsuccessful. Website also not workind. The most idiotic and nonsense structure for customer support I have ever encountered. They want to save money by artificial intelligence when their website is sucking like anything.
Hdfc bank shirpur branch manager refuse to withdraw my money upto 2 lakh from my saving account.
He say me from note bandhi cash withdrawal limit is only 1 lakh from once in a month.
