[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Misbehaviour of Customer Care | |||
In my case misbehaviour is an understatement, the customer care agents were not only rude they were crass. They were talking to me in the most informal tone and as if I am their servant. In fact I don''t even speak that way to my maid and car cleaners. I got a call from the no. [protected] which was supposedly from the Janakpuri Branch. I spoke to 3 different people- a lady Avanti, a Senior Manager Rajat Bhatia and a third person who did not disclose his name. I am late in making my payment due to some personal reason and for that the bank has already charged late fee an finance charges which I have accepted. Now they call me everyday and when I told them a chk has been dropped this woman says chk toh ATM mein pada rahega cash nahi dal sakte the?? is this how u speak?? and this unknown person has was the rudest of all he says "Tumahre jeb mein paise hain?? jeb mein paise nahi hai toh card leke kyon ghoomte ho? " I mean just look at the language and other than that their tome was so bad it was a total verbal abuse. Irrespective of what the person''s background is in real life as long as he is calling me as a bank''s representative I am the customer and he HAS to respect me and speak cordially... How dare he take that tone kya kar logi and all... the agents literally lick our feet to open an account and once we do are they supposed to treat us like crap?? I really want something to be done and rest assured I will take up this case and spread in as many forums and social media I can...this is not done. Was this information helpful? | |||
