HDFC Bank — Money deducted from hdfc account

I have made an international transaction from my Debit card of 73, 449 INR. I have been charged around 3000 INR with the below transactions.

This is really too much. For 73.5 k INR charging 3k as POS and other fees.
I would like to cancel my account where the bank is levying too much of all these such of transaction and losing hard earned money
