[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — Money not received after successful transaction

Recently on 15th June 2022, I opened an Insta Account with HDFC bank online. While opening an account, it asked me to add some money to the account. So I added 5000rs through UPI (Phonepe) which is linked to my SBI account. I received a confirmation from UPI side as well as HDFC bank side. But even after 8 days till 23rd June, I have not received money in my HDFC bank account. I visited khargone HDFC branch also and spoke to deputy branch manager too but he didn't help me. I showed him all the proofs like transaction screenshot, my SBI bank statement and phonepe confirmation of successful transaction but still he did not help me. I spoke to customer care also and they asked me to visit the branch. I wrote an email to HDFC bank also at [protected]@hdfcbank.com but have not received any reply yet. I have raised a ticket on Phonepe about this transaction on 22nd June, but they will 5-7 working days to confirm about the problem. According to Phonepe, HDFC bank is taking time to process the transaction. Kindly help me to get my money in the account or get refunded.
