[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Negative balance account closing and refund my actual amount which is available | |||
My salary account (In hdfc bank) was created in my first company, so once i left the company and joined somewhere else i had to open another salary account. Now my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account (Without informing me or warning me) i had called customer care and and hdfc bank talkd about the same close my account as i did not want to use the account and they did say that they will follow up with the request and close the account. After that i never logged in to my account through net banking and i do not have a debit card (Lost in aprox 1 years back and i never requested for a new one). I sent to some amount By NEFT into my account for some reason on recently 3-4 month ago and i see that i have rs -6883.39 in my account and which amount i was sent this also not seen. I request you to please try to refund my available actual amt and close the account also action or worn this bank dont theft commen man's money we are not generating money from home its come when we done very hard work .. i respect to HDFC but... Bank have no right what so ever to do whatever they want without informing the customer Was this information helpful? | |||

i has been alredy submit cancelation form aprox15 day ago and also confirm the same
With mr.hemanshu punjwani.
But there also my account are not closed.
And i dont recived any type of confirmation and aknowladement mail from hdfc bank ltd side
