I have been using an HDFC debit card account for the last 8+ years. And I have taken a personal loan as well.
Yesterday(August 11th 2021) onwards I am facing an issue in netbanking while viewing my balance and while sending money to added beneficiary users.
Issues in detail:
1. Getting messages like "We are unable to carry out your instruction. Please contact the bank" while viewing my balance
2. Getting a message like " There is low severity memo present in the debit card., there is memo present on the debit count " while sending money to added beneficiary user
3. The ATM also did not get money after entering my secure PIN.
Help Desk conversation in Detail:-
Immediately I called the help desk number "[protected] ", informing them of my issue in detail. I thought my issue would be resolved but after some time, he replied "YOU NEED TO KYC AGAIN".
Then I asked a question like - Why should I do KYC again? He replied, not sure why this issue came. Please do KYC
I raised that question because I am an old customer and I did many transactions and took personal loans as well.
Now I have asked another question like - I am in hyderabad but this account belongs to Nandyal(AP) branch. Will that issue resolve If I visit Hyderabad at any HDFC bank?.
Then He replied you can visit any office. Issue should be resolved.
Hyderabad Kukatpally Branch visit:-
Today(August 1th 2021) I visited Hyderabad(Telangana) Kukatpally HDFC bank and informed the bank employees.
1. One of the employees replied "You got a negative letter". Due to this issue came. I have asked - what is negative letter and what I got? Then he replied, ``I'm not sure but you got a negative letter. I am not satisfied with his reply.
2. Now I address the issue to the other employee, he checks and informs me like "YOUR ADDRESS IS WRONG. MAY BE DUE TO THIS, YOUR ACCOUNT TEMPORARY LOCKED".
Then I have asked questions like how to resolve the issue? Then he replied go to Nandyal(AP) and ask the branch manager. I said like I am in hyderabad now. It's not possible to visit the Nandyal(AP) branch. Then he replied not sure but you have to visit the Nandyal(AP) branch only. Now I asked another question like how many days it takes time to resolve? He replied that it will take more than a month.
Observation :
There is no proper communication between branches all over INDIA. So please don't mention to the customer "We are a national level bank". Because your service is very bad.
