[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — No debit on account

I was called to the branch twice leaving my work aside. I still went co-operated by providing details of each transactions.
What other justifications are required?
I need an email to which RBI or law are we referring here that says family cannot transfer funds to family members. Even if in crisis a friend helped what stops whom from doing it and under what rules and regulations?
I was questioned for 2 hours! I still went through each transaction. Segregated between a loan taken towards bill clearance or medical emergencies.
Why should I provide details of family members giving me money for?
Who is sitting with a rule book of asking personal questions about the transitions?
The letter was signed and written by me being present in bank. I’m still being harassed to provide justifications to why it was needed my bank statements of other accounts credit card bills etc.
This is unnecessarily getting triggered. Funds transferred from one a/c to another is legitimate that can be fetched from the account statements itself. Funds transferred from friends or family has their pan card details registered and also their salary accounts are with HDFC which can be fetched to avoid any doubts on it being a fraud or suspicious transaction.
Which bank stops any person from transferring money to their family members? Please tell me? Please tell me which law or rule states that u cannot do it. Why I’m I being questioned so much for funds which source and targets are clear?
Why should my account be put as a no debit and my salary which would be credited tomorrow should be stuck there?
I need clarifications on email.
Any supporting documents or clarifications needed will be documented on email here.
As bank has ruthlessly made me do multiple visits and is further asking me to visit for clarifications.
Funds transferred towards loan has details mentioned to?
What is stopping a bank to not co-operate after 2 hours of clarifications?
Why is bank pestering a person who
A) clears due on time
B) has no outstanding
C) zero emi bounce
D) salary gets credited in the same account
E) funds received from either NBFCs or a legitimate person holding a pan and mind u salaried persons

Where should a person reach out to clearing outstanding or medical emergencies?
Either NBFCs or banks for support. When bank refuses to give a credit line what would a person do? They will approach to NBFC approved loan providers. Where has this gone wrong? Why my personal details are needed? Why sister father or uncle gave money? Why that clarification is sought? If the source from where the funds were received would have been unauthentic it would have long been triggered which is not even the case here.
So extremely disappointed that a customer who held an account for 6+ years is being treated like this.

Your msg says do not share otp and personal information with anyone including bank officials. On the contrary I’m being asked to show u other bills and statements which are personal? What authority and grounds do you hold? Please explain?
This time provide reasonable justification. Why was I told a sister cannot transfer money to blood relations?
I want every detail to be recorded here on email. As I want to document each and every requirement asked by bank and unlawfully putting a no debit to my account which has no relevance. I need answers to each questions asked above.
My salary is being held into the account which is just not justified. It is my hard earned money.
