This Mail is regarding my Worst experience from HDFC Team from Respective HOODI & MAHADEVAPURA Bangalore Branch Team & Their Careless Behaviour towards customer assistance
Note:
Where i was using SBI Credit Service & I was Happy with that, Where i wasnt felt any Service / assistance related issue from the SBI Team
A few Weeks back i received a Call from your HDFC Telecaller - For an HDFC Credit card
Where they regularly called me until i agreed for Credit Card
Finally i received the Credit Card
Here Comes the Challenge for me
Where i am a Customer Relationship Service Manager in a Reputed Company - I know how to Treat the Customer, If they Visit my Company Premises
Where are here in your Both Branch's in Bangalore (Hoodi & Mahadevapura) -They think they are the LANDLORD & Instead of Appointing Customer Support person, you people appointed GUNDAS who behaves like a Loan Collection Agent, First Train your Team on How to Assist the Customer needs & how to speak to Customer
Here i am really Expressing my Dissatisfaction towards the Service & Behaviour of your Staffs
When i Visited Hoodi Branch - They are Telling - They Dont do Credit Card Service *& assistance
They said to Visit Mahadevapura Branch
Today 11th Sep 2023 - MySelf & My Friend Visited Mahadevapura Branch - Where i meet a Person who he is Thinking he is the BOSS of HDFC Bank
His Way of Sitting in front of Customer
His Way of Conveying is Communication
No Proper Information from him
No Proper Assistance from him
When i asked about his NAME - He not even responding
Finally he is telling us to visit Richmond Road Branch
& When i said, i will raise a Complaint to HDFC Team, Your Customer Support person casually saying pls go a HEAD, Is this GOVERNMENT BANK or PVT BANK
When i checked for Branch Manager - They are Saying in this Branch NO MANAGER (But i saw a Lady Manager sitting in a Cabin) where Security stating, Manager went out
I need My Issue to be Resolved, I cannot keep on be Roaming to Here & Their (Branch's & DON'T TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE A STRAY DOG)
