HDFC Bank — No response on personal loan Applied with Rajori Garden Delhi

Dear HDFC, I am Ajit Kumar singh working with HDFC ERGO GIC Delhi. 10 days back, I applied for personal loan for Rs.1 lacs . since then i am running from piller to post but not getting any reply. My record is clean and submitted all documents to Mr.birju and spoken with Mr.saurabh kapoor in Rajouri Garden Branch. I wrote a mail to him too but no reply till date. Now He is not responding my phone calls. Please note that My credit card is due date is 23rd jan-15 and keeping this in mind i had applied much before. Delay in response will cause me financial loss as credit card Company will charge interest to me in case of delay purpose of taking loan will get forefitted. i request your intervention on asap basis.
