[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — Non civil and rude Education Loan recovery agents.

My name is Dinesh Bhatia. I took Education loan of amount 2, 16, 412 Rs.
My monthly Emi is 2, 209 Rs. My mother is the co-borrower as she takes Defense Pension. We were not able to pay 2 months EMI i.e september month and current (October) month, as my mom was having some problem in her pension account she didn't received pension of sept month. We received call from Recovery Agents from [protected] on 12th October 2016 that you have not made the payment, my mom replied I didn't received my pension so right now I don't have the payment and I can pay on 28th of October 2016. But the agent was repeatedly saying you to pay on or before 15th October and that too harshly. My mom said I can pay on 28th october before this its impossible. Then they suggest lend money from someone else and pay, my mom said no one lends money at today's time. Then he passed the phone to fellow lady agent who was very rude and arrogant and have no manners to talk. She shouted you will have to pay on 15 oct 2016 . My mom said speak politely or i ll not talk and mom told the same think that before 28th October I cant pay. Mom also said I will give you my pension account cheque dated 28th october 2016. Then again she shouted and spoke rudely.
Your recovery agents do not understand the problem and does not gives any solution .All they think is covering their targets.

Now as per your e-mail your agents are and should be :-

All the members of the staff or any person authorized to represent our bank in collection or/and security repossession would follow the guidelines set out below :
a. You would be contacted ordinarily at the place of your choice and in the absence of any specified place at the place of your residence and i[censored]navailable at your residence, at the place of business/occupation.
b. Identity and authority to represent would be made known to you at the first instance
c. Your privacy would be respected.
d. Interaction with you would be in a civil manner.
e. Normally our representatives will contact you between 07:00 hours and 19:00 hours, unless the special circumstances of your business or occupation require otherwise.
f. Your requests to avoid calls at a particular time or at a particular place would be honored as far as possible.
g. Time and number of calls and contents of conversation would be documented.
h. All assistance would be given to resolve disputes or differences regarding dues in a mutually acceptable and in an orderly manner.
i. During visits to your place for dues collection, decency and decorum would be maintained.
j. Inappropriate occasions such as bereavement in the family or such other calamitous occasions would be avoided for making calls/visits to collect dues.

Point H.All assistance would be given to resolve disputes or differences regarding dues in a mutually acceptable and in an orderly manner.---- No resolution given just was tortured to pay on or before 15 oct 2016.

We cant pay before 28th October 2016, and if any of you at HDFC understands consumer problem then mail me with resolution at my registered e-mail address during the time of loan application. And I want a strict action against the agents who spoke with my mom, they where not civil at all.
Before also I received calls from you non civil recovery agents and same drama happened but this time I chose to report.

I want a resolution asap and also what action you took against this two recovery agents.
