[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — Non receipt of sms alert of manthly balance resulting AMB charges

I have been charged Rs 280.90 per month from Jan-2014 to Aug- 2014 (Total Rs 2, 247.20) as AMB charges from my S/B A/C no [protected]. Though Insta Alert charges are deducted from my account, I have not recd any sms/email alert for min balance throughout this period. In absence of the same I could not maintain minimum balance in my account. Hence this is to request you to waive the AMB charges deducted from my account with immediate effect.
