[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — Not receiving any otp on email

I have to reset my net-banking pin. There are 2 options :

1) registered number + debit card — i can't use this because i have the debit card, but i have not created it's pin

2) registered number + e-mail : now the problem is 3 digit otp comes to the registered mobile number but the email never arrives, i do not know why is it happening.

I have been trying to reset my password but I am not receiving any otp on email. Since I dont have a debit card I cant use any other method to reset my password.

what is reference number. I tried to mention TT[protected] and it says reference number is invalid

This is really bad experience with hdfc bank. I mentioned that not getting otp on my email. Now they asked me to submit complaint which require reference number. To generate reference number, email is required and again i am not getting reference number on email. Extremely bad service. I am going to close the account.
