[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — Not receiving OTP on US mobile

I am not receiving OTP through SMS on my US mobile and have been unable to access my account.

HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Issue has not yet been resolved. Haven't yet received any response from the Bank. Is it just for logistics that the HDFC bank is marking the complaint as resolved ?
