[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Not Releasing MOD After the loan closure | |
Respective Person,
I have closed my home loan taken from HDFC on September 1st. While collecting my docs in the mid of September, HDFC executive told me that with in the next 10 days, we will register the release MOD and our agent will call you to intimate the date.
It's been three months since then, every time I call the customer care[protected] they give me Nilem Mahesh no[protected]/73 ) saying that he is the concerned person but I couldn't able to reach him via that no.
Therefore, I request the concerned department to take strict actions against them for the lack of interest in releasing the MOD and also help me to get the MOD release registration done.

He was very adamant and replied that he will be directing this to his senior. Immediately, he said something in Hindi and hung up the call..
My point is why do I have to give him my debit card no for ECS verification. Can't they verify using the account no that is provided..
Can some HDFC concerned person reply for that here ?
