Dear Sir,
Instead of complain with complain no.[protected] I am not able to view my account statement or status online through net banking.
This is worse service I have ever seen I am getting salary in same account through SHEll but unable to get any sms, mail alert and when
Going online to see status it is showing account inactive and your people only saying it is active..if it is active why I am unable to see it online while logging through net banking..
I will go to consumer forum or court if needed I will not let u get hold of my money.
